The following orders cannot be canceled...they can only be returned by going through our standard return process
1. Orders that have already been assigned a tracking #
2. Orders that have already been picked up by our local carrier
3. Orders that are already in transit
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We accept exchanges & returns for most items within 14 days

If your item is eligible for return or exchange, it must be initiated within this time period.
