Johnsen's Battery Cleaner is a quick acting, quick neutralizing penetrating cleaner that dissolves corrosion and neutralizes acid. Can be safely sprayed onto battery. If battery case is damaged, do not apply product.
Directions:
Shake well before use
Remove battery terminals from post on battery
Spray terminals, post, and any area where corrosion is seen. (Product will foam while neutralizing acid)
Wait 3-5 minutes to allow product to fully neutralize acid
Re-apply, if necessary
Rinse with water (Do not allow product to splash onto other surfaces)
Allow to air dry. Remplace terminals (for a complete maintenance service on battery, use Johnsen's Battery Terminal Protector, Part No. 4605)
