Some first time users will try using their new backwards only to be disappointed when the side panels won't stay out and hold the bag open and possibly tearing the bag. Just make sure to pull the side panels inwards together (not push them outwards), put into the bag, and let go. Doing this creates the tension needed to hold the bag open. Only fits 30 to 42 gal bags. Check your bag size. DOES NOT FIT BAGS LARGER THAN 42 GALLONS.
