Additional Information:
This is a nice concert bass drum! It is in really good shape overall. It has a couple of wood braces mounted on it and also has the hardware to be suspended in a concert bass drum stand. There is some light lifting at the seams for the laminate but nothing major. There are two badges on the drum so we listed both serial numbers. One of the heads does have a small hole in it but it seems contained to the outside edge. Overall the wood hoops look to be in good shape and do not look like they have been overly tightened. The laminate inlay in the hoops looks great and is still here. The hoops could be touched up with paint if you wanted to but otherwise it is in really nice shape! It would absolutely save you money if you pick it up locally rather than ship it as this is such a large drum - this would be a freight item for shipping if you need it shipped. Used - there is a small hole in one head.

16 large imperial lugs. The lug screws are not guaranteed to be original.
There are not any lug screws missing.

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.

Be sure all original parts of the item purchased are included before you return it.

In order to receive a refund our policy requires you to put insurance on the item for its return shipping.

Please use the original packing material and box.  Please use original packing material inside the case around the item.  Also use the original packing material around the case in the box to protect the item from shipping damage. If your item does not have a case, please use all packing material that the item came with to protect the item from shipping damage.

Uninsured packages or items shipped “COD” or “Shipping Due” will be refused and a refund will not be issued.

Once the item is received, we will conduct a physical inspection. This inspection will determine your eligibility for a refund.
