New with out tags. This came from my KIDS personal closet and I cut the tags off but the item has never been worn.

All items conditions will be listed above such as if the shoe is new in box, new without box, new w/out box top, used shoes and etc…All clothing listed as well is 100% brand new as well and will be listed new w/tags, new w/out tags. We will not except any offers outside of EBay or by invoice, all emails will be deleted and not even be entertained or answered. We do that for our safety and for yours as the consumer.

Majority of the time we do have parameters set that will either accept or decline the offer right away.
For other items the option to make offers will not be made an option and the “BUY IT NOW” price listed is our price for that particular item.  All items are completely 100% authentic and are only obtained by licensed and contracted distributors as well as through our very own contracts.  Buy or bid with confidence, our feedback speaks for itself.
We would not put ourselves at risk of losing our very own licenses and or contracts.
Should there be a claim filed alleging an item received is counterfeit we do have a legal team in place to investigate these claims because fraud of this type is theft and we take that very serious.

Questions or messages are always welcomed and part of the business, but note the ones that ask “what’s the lowest you go or what’s the lowest you will take on this” will be deleted right away with absolutely no reply and more likely than not be blocked from bidding from any and all of our auctions should we decide..

SHIPPING NOTE

All items will be shipped within 1 business days of payment unless otherwise noted. Majority of the time it will ship next business day, but I do travel for business and although few it does make it impossible to always do that.
Should that circumstance arise customers will be contacted directly and will be compensated for their patience in a way deemed fit for all parties involved.  Tracking information will be provided with in the 1-day time frame as well.  If you purchase on a Friday your item will ship no later than Tuesday the next week.  There is no weekend shipping and or Holiday shipping.  We do our best to ensure your purchase is shipped timely and safely.  We will not reply to messages asking when items will ship if they are still within the 1 business day window.
