Brought in from Germany, Wurstwasser Hi-Fibre was developed by German MTB champion and product design genius Max Friedrich, this synthetic sealant is SOOOO much better than traditional latex-based sealants. We've made the switch and we're never going back to latex sealants.
Why?  Many, many reasons.
Wurstwasser is not latex-based!  When you strip off your tires, you don't have that disgusting, gut wrenching stank that latex sealants provide. There are no wacky latex glob balls running around the inside of your tire. Have you seen the size of some of those things? Not only are they disgusting, they're not helping your performance. It won't cause a rash like latex does on a lot of folks. And finally, and most importantly, it does what it says it is going to do--seal your tires, stops flats, and will do it for 6+ months without a top off.

Friedrich's race-tested formula. The product coats the inside of the rim and tire and doesn't splash around like the other sealants. It's also pr
oduced in factories with enough street cred to claim ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. That matters because you're full-on counting on your tire sealant to do its thing when you're descending at speed with a heavy bikepacking load or riding through a remote area with minimal services.
The combination of the synthetic polymers and micro-fibre additives form what Max calls a "mega-matrix" that work to seal tires on initial seating and block up any subsequent tire punctures to keep you rolling where latex-based sealants will fail. The product is ammonia free, compatible with CO2 cartridges, classified as non-hazardous, non-staining, and doesn't settle out into its component parts. It's compatible with all commonly used valves, tire inserts, and tires. Ditch the latex farm deforestation narrative and jump over to Wurstwasser!
