Oud Arabic, Syrian ? repaired and case

Oud not sure if its Arabic ? or Syrian , it measures 29 inches tall by 16 inches across , has labels in side I cannot read (see pics) , also  has been repaired  (see pic) headstock was all the way off and was clamped and glued , as were cracks in back (se pics),  and cracks on side of neck , I strung up and appears stable , but I must list for parts not working  and price reflects that.  It may work fine , but I just don't know how much tension the string are tuned to .  Also includes soft case , please see all pics ask all questions .
