To use Pinnacle Ultra PolyClay:
After washing and drying your vehicle, mist a 2’ section of paint with the lubricant. Gently rub the clay bar back and forth across the wet area. It will grab at first; this is the bar pulling out contaminants. When the bar glides smoothly, your paint is clean. Move on to the next area. Reform your clay and use a clean portion on each section of paint so as to avoid recontamination. You may also use the

to clean any residue left by the clay bar.

Important:
Use clay only with an approved clay lubricant, such as
Pinnacle Clay Lubricant
. The lubricant makes the surface slippery in order to reduce friction between the clay bar and the surface. Rub clay across lubricated area only and re-wet as needed. When used as directed, clay will remove contamination from paint, glass, and chrome without causing swirls or scratches.

Orders received Monday through Friday by 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) normally ship the same day. Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped we will send your tracking number to the email address provided.
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days in new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below. To return an item, request a return through the eBay Return Center to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

Electronics: Returned electronics (including buffers, battery tenders, tire gauges, vacuums, and blowers) are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product.
Garage Mats: Per the manufacturers, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned garage flooring/mats. A 15% restocking fee will also be charged on all returned Tornador Car Cleaning Tools.
